Big rooms and great location but the room was very dirty

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen

It is clean quiet and beautiful surroundings not to mention a gym if you like working out

The rooms and property were newly remodeled. The grounds were very lovely. And the patios and balcony were very nice. The furnishings were modern and the bed was firm but comfortable as were the pillows. The kitchen appliances were nice and the kitchen was stocked with basic cookware and utensils. The playground for kids were well thought out and the fountain feature with waterfall was very nice as was the patio around it. Truly a great and pleasant space. It could be an incredible place with a few more tweaks I believe they are working on.

There was still evidence of a rougher times. It was noticeable that the property is working on cleaning up the area to ensure everyone’s stay is comfortable and safe. My light was on and my door was cracked before when I went to enter (this is a motel style facility) I went back to the front desk to inform them. He was more than happy to check my room to ensure it was safe and apologized the cleaning staff may have not secured the door when they left. The buildings are not marked well for night arrivals neither are the room numbers. For me personally, safety is of the utmost importance and not seeing building and rm numbers marked clearly was challenging and required me to go back to the front desk to confirm I was in the right place (and tell him about the door being cracked open)

The bed was very comfortable! Great water pressure in shower. Full kitchen made eating affordable. The premises is adorable.

That there was 3 large tv’s and plenty of seating

Although plenty of seating it was uncomfortable, only two towels in a room ment for 4 people, it’s advertised to have breakfast but there wasn’t any so had to spend more money on breakfast, advertised to have hot tubs and there wasn’t any, really no other things like soap or shampoo luckily brought our own

Its was remodeled and clean and front desk was absolutely amazing and welcoming

Too many ppl that live there permanently tvat dont care about visitors. Too much noise at night of people just going in and out. Didnt feel safe at all
