Friendly customer service. But sorta poor and lazy customer service at the same time. But...Great location, right across street from a coenwr convenient store. On the bus line.

Saw a few roaches inside the unit (& even had a few OTHER neighbors who also stayed there for a few months just so as we did and were doing at the time, they also even said/stated/complained about roaches and bugs also. So clearly they had a much bigger issue/situation with roaches then what they made it seem like and or as if) and so my boyfriend and i was promised to get moved to another room so that they could exterminate the unit we was in, which unfortunately... NEVER EVER HAPPENED!! Then also...the toilet kept getting clogged up to the point to where AGAIN...other residents who had been staying there for a few months like we were/did, also had "backed up" toilet issues and problems, that took literally weeks on out to fix and or even address. Whew!! Then also not to mention, our television inside of our bedroom went out after us being there for only approximately 1 weeks or so. So we had to go months on out without a TV in our bedroom where we sleep at. Which also even affected us even wanting to sleep let alone even be/hangout in our bedroom. Then the microwave. Wow. The damn microwave CONTINUOUSLY kept going out and defaulting, which of course was a major issues and problem in it self. Just way too may problems and issues that they never ever wanted to fix nor even made the initiative to fix and or handle as professionals and to residents who were paying approximately $115-$150 (depending on the day of the week that it was), WEEKS AND WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME EVEN. Besides ALL of those listed issues and problems... I guess I would say it was an ok (NOT REALLY) experience. Way way way too over priced tho. You most definitely should have been discounted for the ongoing issues and problems that we continuously had to deal with. THE END
