It was a nice central location with just a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Property was clean as were the rooms. Newly remodeled rooms with full kitchen.

The pull out couch in the room was like sleeping on the floor. There is no pull out mattress so you’re sleeping on that hard couch. Definitely was no comfortable to sleep on for a whole week. Those should be upgraded with the rest of the room, with actual pull out mattresses. Also did like the fact that we would request service in the AM as front desk had instructed us to, and service wouldn’t be done so we had to continuously request extra towels and then service wouldn’t be done the following day.

"Great price but location was terrible and never felt safe"

Somewhat upgraded

The location, some people were using the property as their place of living. So it felts like an apartment complex rather than a hotel and suites. Lots of people hanging outside at night in the parking lot and side of the building.

Room quality, location and hospitality are excellent. Great concept so we can park and just enter our room. Nice territory and people that work here are excellent. Service great. We could cook and good hot water. Front desk very nice and helpful. River running near by adding to a view. Wifi working fine. We are very happy. Thank you.
