No elevator and our rooms were not even close to each other

Beautiful curb appeal and location based on our needs while in Santa Rosa.

The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Also, a mentally ill woman was yelling obscenities in the parking lot in the early evening, then the next morning she approached me which made me feel rather uncomfortable. She pounded on my car window asking us to call her father and some guy after telling us she was high, drunk and mentally ill. This is not necessarily a problem with the hotel, but where was security/courtesy patrol when she was screaming outside of the room?

Nice, clean, everything looked good. Breakfast was decent.

I liked the hot tub. My son and boyfriend liked the pool and hot tub. My son liked the fitness room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was good as well.

I didn't like getting to my room after checking in and my keys not working. I had to go back to the front desk where I was asked if I held the keys next to my phone or something. No lady, you did not sync the keys to my room in the first place. She was really nice, just distracted with phone calls when I first checked in.

The air conditioner was broken, I couldn’t access the channels in the tv, error message throughout visit .
