Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dayton-Centerville by IHG

We came back to find that our room had not been cleaned. The clerk told us that all 5 of the cleaning crew had quit. They did not know whether there would be cleaning anytime during our 5 day stay. We checked out.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. They were ok with our group gathering in common area before bed. Breakfast was hot and good.

good convenient to everything, stayed in room that had easy accessible shower {not requested} the water flowed from shower throw bathroom into entry way of room leaving everthing feeling wet.

The pool at the hotel was closed which is a major bummer when you have littles that are excited to swim. Our bathroom would flooded completely during every shower and ran out into the main room due to the flooors not angeling correctly into the drains.

There was a tournament in town and kids were running the halls at all hours, the room was not clean and when we asked about it it was only noted and nothing was done

If I was to guess if I looked under the rug in the rooms it would be a mold fest. The carpet felt damp and the rooms smelled like wet dog. I woke up with red watery eyes and very congested The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.
