The location was close to the Walmart and restaurants

The property is not well maintained. A lot of things were out of order. Elevator didn’t work. Couldn’t find an outlet in the room to charge phones

The room was updated and clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of food choices near by.

Check in took forever even though we were the only people there. The road outside was very noisy. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles, even though there was empty cases and condiments for other things. The elevator did not work.

When we first checked in there was no water. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found mold on the mattress, we told the manager and he didnt seem to care. Tried to get our money back to no avail. Told them we were reporting them to the health department and he said i dont care. We had to find another place and pay double.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very quiet place. Close to amenities like restaurants and stores. It is also right off of the interstate and very easy to find. Patrons were very nice and helpful. Room was well stocked, bathroom was clean.

I was charged twice. One charge is still pending in my account. I tried to tell the person at the desk that I had already paid and even showed her my bank account. She said she needed my card to charge it or she wouldn’t check me in. She would not listen even after I showed her my account. I am out the money but I had no choice. As A Wyndom company I would have expected better service and some one that listened to the customer instead of arguing with them
