"Check in inaccuracies "

At check in, they charged my card TWICE. My reservation was paid for. These personnel then reversed one. Then they reversed the 2nd one and charged my acct TWICE more. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Discrimination!!!"

I requested a handicap room and was told I would have to pay an additional $25. Isn't that discrimination? Besides it doesn't cost the hotel extra for cleaning a handicapped room. I will never stay at a Super 8 hotel again.

We were there visiting family and they came to the hotel to see us, and the owners said they couldn't stay because it was not allowed. They were not doing anything except sitting and talking. I couldn't see why they couldn't visit with us.
