"Convenient and clean"

This hotel is old and could use updated but it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I’ve stayed there many times when I’m town for Cubs game and it’s always been a great, safe experience.

"Great location- close to beach"

The location was great, close to the beach and a quick drive to Wrigleyville. The property could use some updates. It’s an older building. It was comfortable and a good value. The staff members were efficient and friendly.

Shabby reception appearance. Rather uninterested staff. Not very helpful with information on surrounding restaurants etc. Room has distinct unpleasant/ musty odour GenerL interior appearance shabby.

"Good location and value"

This was a perfect location for me and my son on our short Chicago stay. Close enough to activities and Wrigley but far enough to avoid a lot of the heavy crowds. Area was safe and clean. I’d stay again.

"Friendly staff"

The staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My shower was terrible but that is my only complaint.

Location is the only thing that has it going for me. Our first rooms air did not work and the bathroom shower was tiny and leaked water from everywhere. They moved us to another room that was better but the air was loud and would not shut off manually
