Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

The facilities and activities were great, such as the swimming pool, the pizza restaurant, and walking around the hotel. The receptionist, Ronald, and another staff member from the luggage service (whose name I don’t recall) made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The main restaurant was disappointing in terms of service and food quality. The bathroom had several plumbing issues, and the room’s air conditioning was very weak.

I have just checked in. The service has been horrendous and I was given a room with an absolutely horrible view despite paying more than GBP 2,000 a night. This is honestly insulting. Completely unacceptable for a property at this price point and nowhere near the standard you claim to offer. I will never visit this place again.

Just wanted to recognize how lovely I’ve been treated by Clara, the assistant front office manager. Over the last couple of year Four Seasons has truly upped their game and that’s thanks to having people like Clara as part of their team.

We stayed, a couple, for two nights, and it was a hugely disappointing stay. Whilst the room and breakfast were what you’d expect of Four Seasons, sadly everything else was a poor imitation of the Four Seasons brand. I say this for a number of reasons: - the restaurant was loud and it’s clear it’s catering for families, not couples. - I had a very expensive ribeye steak that was truly awful. - a 5-star hotel should feel welcoming and luxurious: this hotel has some serious issues in this regard: (1) the swimming pool has the feel of a public swimming pool with hardly any space to relax; (2) the bar has no atmosphere, rather it feels likes it’s an afterthought. After one dreadful whisky sour, we gave cocktails a wide berth! (3) one of the main corridors at the entrance was lined up with baggage trolleys, like walking through a storage room!! I suppose it did set the standard for the whole stay.

We are currently staying at the Four Seasons Hampshire. I am a seasoned traveller in my late forties who has stayed in five star hotels all over the global. Four seasons Hampshire was fabulous. Driving up the incredible sweeping driveway to a warm greeting at the front desk. We got a room upgrade for a family birthday and we were beyond delighted. Personalised messages on arrival and an array of cake and sweet treats delivered to our room to celebrate. This hotel has staff from over 50 countries and they are all very kind and helpful. Hospitality was faultless. The hotel has over 130 rooms so it was bigger than I thought it would be. We really felt pampered from day one. My parents said the pizza at la Terezza was the best pizza of their life. We had a tasty indian meal at Wild Carrot. We spent the afternoon at the kids pool and spa. My children loved the water slide and the adult pool was lovely and warm. We also had a walk around the extensive grounds. The highlight of the trip was celeb spotting at Wild Carrot. We will be returning over the summer. Thank you Four Seasons Hampshire for an exceptional weekend.
