The grounds and the Christmas decs were fantastic. The library where we went for drinks and snacks needed a little TLC, particularly the partition to a bar that was constantly being moved. Our server was superb especially with my son, and I hope I don’t get him into trouble, but did a walk by with a few extra marshmallows which went down a treat. After an hour or so we were told the library was closing and to move (a little like last orders) possibly around 5:30 which was unexpected. I normally use the spa in the warmer months however a December visit has become a lovely annual tradition to pop by, see the decorations and have a little coffee/ hot chocolate. The service as always was superb from everyone and were always made to feel welcome. Value for money though… not quite, that’s why I have a 4 star rating.

We have stayed at Four Seasons Hampshire on numerous occasions—with our last two stays being truly outstanding. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional level of service. A special mention must go to the manager, Stephanie, who has consistently gone above and beyond for our family. She is a pleasure to deal with and always makes us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism have made a real difference, ensuring our stays were incredibly memorable for both our children and ourselves. The praise certainly doesn’t stop with Stephanie. The entire team, from front of house to the restaurant staff, have been exceptional. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, creating a relaxed yet impeccably run environment. Dining is always a pleasure, with the restaurant team delivering service that is attentive and welcoming. Four Seasons Hampshire continues to exceed our expectations, and it is the people who truly make this hotel so special. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again and again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable family experience and truly exceptional service.

The most memorable part of my stay was the exceptional service. The valet/door attendant Man was incredible helpful with our bags, hotel information and parking our cars. Additionally, Emma and Kelly at reception were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. There three individual truly enhanced our experience.

Nice experience to stay in a rural area We feel like a family with all the staff and guest

We would prefer if the staff informed us about the facilities and entertainment available in the hotel , we knows things from internet, and when we went for shooting they didn’t provide us with boots while they provide some other guest with it . Afternoon tea is too expensive and the selection of sweets was not tasty , i don’t recommend it You need to arrange for booking some activities in advance as we dodn’t find some

An outstanding stay between Xmas and New Year - family of 4 travelling with 2 children and our puppy Cheeto. The room was spotlessly clean, the kids loved the swimming pool and pony experience. Special mention to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful, particularly with the children. Fillipa in the bar area of the restaurant was incredible, so kind and friendly with the children. Thank you to everyone at Four Seasons Hampshire for a memorable stay.

Very very nice. Breakfast unreal and service outstanding

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hampshire with our two young kids (6 and 3). The property was a dream and service was amazing the month we walked in! The duty manager, Muhammad, was so kind and gave my kids some small toys right on arrival. Our room was immaculate and they had a stool for my toddler ready before we got there. They also came up with basically any kid friendly amenity I could think of! My kids loved Sharkie’s Reef, and they keep asking when we can go back to Hampshire. They have a Kids Club on site with daily programming that was also wonderful. My only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet got quite redundant after a couple of days. We can’t wait to come back here!
