Dåliga duschar, inget tryck, svårt att ställa in temperaturen . Fruktansvärt dålig varmhållning på maten, nästan alltid halvljummen eller kall.

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es wurde wohl neu eröffnet. Ich wurde jedoch täglich mit mehreren Problemen beschäftigt. Es gab zwei Mal falsche Feueralarme, einer davon hat mich geweckt. Ein Handwerker kam einfach ohne zu Klopfen als ich schlief in mein Zimmer. Meine Klimaanlage ging nicht mehr bzw es kam viel Wasser aus der Decke. Beim Frühstück hat ständig jemand um mich rum gelungert und Teller abgeräumt auf dem ich noch essen hatte. Das Licht im Bad hat geflackert, jedoch musste ich es an lassen (manchmal) sonst hatte ich kein warmen Wasser zum duschen. Es hat immer wieder jemand versucht aggressiv in mein Zimmer zu gelangen, mit Karte oder mit lautem klopfen. Allem in allem war es somit kein Entspannter Urlaub und ich hatte viel Verständnis, jedoch hat sich bei den Beschwerden das Personal (bis auf eine nette junge Dame) nie wirklich dafür interessiert. Und das ist was mich am meisten stört. Es kann immer was passieren aber dann muss das Personal versuchen dem Kunden zu helfen oder sich aufrichtig entschuldigen.

Cama confortável e pequeno almoço com muita variedade de comida. Duas piscinas com boas instalações.

O elevador não estar disponível, a falha de luz é de água. Tudo ficou resolvido dentro dos timings próprios.

Fresh and newly renovated.

The lights and ac goes on and of every 3 min or so. Too many things on at the same time? Still need some fixing with renovation. Could have fresh juice pressed for breakfast and other small things
