Das Hotel war zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung noch nicht fertig - haben aber ein Upgrade ins Schwesterhotel Alua Leo bekommen: Sehr freundliches Personal, auch ein sehr später Checkin war problemlos möglich. Saubere, bodenständige Zimmer, gute Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr aufmerksamem Service. Dazu nicht weit vom Strand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend.

Hotel po kompletnym remoncie (mała winda została :) obecnie piękny, nowoczesny obiekt. Dla mnie wszystko było super. Pyszne jedzenie, jakość produktów, świeżość. Personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Na pewno wrócę...

The location

It's a shame because the hotel has potential. I was given two wrong key cards so my room would not open on arrival, twice I had to return to reception, only to find out that the room number did not correlate to the key card being issued. there is only one lift working, so it was 'easier to do the 5 flights of stairs rather than wait. Unfortunately what really spoilt my stay was a huge, noisy group of school children that were also staying. rather than contain them to one area, or floor in the hotel, they were scattered amongst other guest rooms, running around the corridors, slamming doors, shouting across the balconies and being pretty disruptive until at least 11pm, when I walked the 5 floors down again to complain to reception, apologies were given, however had I wanted to stay in a hostel environment I would have booked one.

Das Hotel hat einen Tag vor meinem Check-in eröffnet. Es ist räumlich wunderschön. Es gibt draußen einen "Chill-Bereich" mit ausreichend Liegen und Outdoor-Betten. Außerdem einen teichähnlichen Pool. Auf der anderen Seite des Hotels befindet sich noch ein richtiger Pool und ein kleines Kinderbecken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt. Eine riesen Auswahl und alles super schön hergerichtet. Das Zimmer ist eher kleiner gewesen. Ich war alleine, daher voll in Ordnung. Evtl könnte es zu 2. schon etwas enger sein. Das Personal hat sich riesen große Mühe gegeben, dass die Tage entspannt und schön werden. Jederzeit herzlich im Kontakt. Und mit humorvoller Reaktion, wenn am Anfang doch noch etwas gehakt hat.

Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt, ist es am Pool nicht so ruhig.
