The Hotel's location was the perfect position as it was central to all places within walking distance and it was quiet. We were especially surprised to find on the Sunday morning the best farmers market just outside the entrance where you could buy delicious produce. It was also very close to Criterion Street Cafe for a lovely breakfast and lunch cafe, and our favourite place for dinner Bar Wa Izakaya all within walking distance.

The location is the only positive of this property

The 4* rating is misleading. The room was very basic with no power points near the bed and a broken wheeled desk chair that had no purpose, shower curtain crusty and unsecured wardrobe doors. A place to sleep at a good price but do not expect anything more
