Convenient to everywhere I needed to go

Great location, easy check in, comfortable room

No outlet near the bed so I was a little worried about my phone alarm being on the dresser

There is not much to like about this Hotel. The staff were friendly enough and the laundry was clean and tidy. Apart from that the Hotel was extremely disappointing.

The room was below standard. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was mouldy, the water was just warm and the aircon was set at 23 and locked. I had to stand on the bed to open and shut the curtains. The room was only serviced once in 12 days, if you wanted extra service they wanted to charge $30. I had to ask for toilet paper through reception. Tissues - about 20 in the box and these were not replaced at the service. There was no microwave or toaster in the room and for a 12 day stay I thought these would be standard. The extractor in the bathroom was full of dust and had been stuck up with gaffer tape. The drain grate in the shower was full of mould and had not been cleaned for months or longer. It stunk whilst you were having a shower. Photos supplied. I had to put my rubbish out and bags were not supplied apart from the original ones when I checked in. In the end I purchased my own toilet paper, tissues and toiletries.

This hotel is well located, clean, friendly staff, and overall excellent!

All was good except the bathroom door was getting stuck after you closed the door. Also the drawer is getting stuck.
