"This is ok for value for money but the facilities are not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel."

The location and room condition is good. Some staff is very friendly.

The temperature of the room is not adjustable by ourselves. We need to go the reception to request that. No microwave in the room. The kettle was dirty and couldn't use that to boil water. Also, some of the staff is not very friendly.
