Staff was friendly

Didn't have coffee in the room Bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower didn't drain very well.

It was easy to find with GPS despite not having any signage on the building and multiple dilapidated RVs and vehicles parked in front of the entrance. I appreciated that the desk clerk didn’t kill us in our sleep despite rubbing his belly button the entire time we were checking in. That was very nice of him. I also appreciate their commitment to the environment by only providing one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom.

Well, there were a couple of things. The room smelled like moldy feet as soon as the door opened. I already mentioned the assortment of broken down RVs and vehicles in the unsigned parking lot. The floors in the hallways, stairs and room were filthy with dirt, debris, and stains that were older than some of my coworkers . The pool area was closed beside the conference center area that could be a set for a low budget horror movie. The continental breakfast was four pieces of white bread, two plain bagels, and a waffle iron without batter. The bathroom was gross. I’ll be bathing in bleach when I get home.

There was no cleaning when I got there. The bed was used and trash was still in the can.

Shower head spraying from the back, looks like it had already been “fixed” poorly with plumbers tape. Toilet leaking as well, put towel on floor to avoid stepping in water and it became soaked with the leaking

Property is aged, needs updated.

It was quiet, clean and everything I needed (1st floor room, shower seat) were available in the room when I arrived. People at the front desk were always very nice and helpful.

I was not thrilled with the breakfast-in my opinion it was very basic, common and not much of anything to cook for a hot breakfast.

No pool , cost more than I was quoted
