The breakfast was minimal there was barley anything out at 9 when I went down. Asked to make waffle mix and 15 minutes later I walked out because nothing had been done. It has been 2 weeks almost and I still have not received my deposit back

It was close enough to our concert we were going to.

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 and when we arrived, they said they could check us in, but the room was still being cleaned. We decided we couldn't wait any longer and left for the concert at 4 (still unable to get in our room). When we got in around midnight, the room only looked like the bed was made and nothing else. There was stuff on the ground and a random screw with drywall all over the AC unit. The edges of the carpet were filthy. Then when we checked out, we were charged twice because we were marked as "no show." If I wasn't paying attention to my account, I would have been charged double. I was able to reverse this with the front desk. I feel like this was way over priced for the quality of room.

"good location for staying after a concert at The Gorge"

the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. It fit the bill for what we needed. Prices were elevated because of the concert, but that's to be expected. Only complaint was the woman at the front desk

the front desk staff - the man was very friendly but the woman we dealt with at check-in and again at breakfast was grumpy

"Reasonable but not clean"

Close to exit.

Not as clean. Hotel not kept up. Peeling paint. Dirty Q-tip left in floor in bathroom. Sheets did not seem clean

Location

The employee was curt and very hard to understand when he rolled off the directions to our room as fast as he could. It sounded like jiberish. Room had no ammenities.
