Red Lion Hotel Ellensburg

Very clean room, but the included tube of body wash was hardly enough for one shower.

Breakfast ok.

Good value.

The check in process was terrible. The front desk attendant was clearly not well trained and struggled to check us in. Once he was able to locate our reservation he stated that the card reader was not working for the hold on the room. He ended up waiting for a call from the manager to correct this. Check in took 45 minutes. I am still waiting for the release of $250+ on my account that I was charged for the room, which I had paid for through Expedia, as well as additional holds for each time he attempted to put a hold on my card. Building was poorly maintained. Only 1 key card worked but you would have to unlock the door several times before it would open. Other guests were having the same problem. Not sure why we had to register our vehicle when there was clearly individuals sleeping in their cars in the parking lot.

Perfect hotel for a night before going to a festival with my friends

This is a older property and could use a little TLC. It was clean and comfortable. Staff needs to focus on the small things i.e. there was no soap for the shower or sink. Only 1 washcloth, trash can in breakfast room overflowing.

My stay was as expected except the hotel is run-down.

Bathroom didn’t flush and simple Just old! Brakefast was limited and needs more update.
