The staff and location

They were over booked and I paid for a room i never got. Booking charges me for something I didn't know.. no response from booking. No refund. I paid for something I didn't get. No phone number to call booking..

Every time I come into the Budd Lake area on business I always stay at the Extended StayAmerica Mount Olive Budd Lake property. From the time I check in until the time leave my experiences have always been very positive and that’s the reason why I continue to come back.. the housekeeping staff is very nice. They always keep the rooms very neat and clean. I have never had a bad experience with an unclean room. The front desk staff, especially Cheryl Donaldson has always been extremely pleasant and very helpful . Anything I need they take care of no questions asked. I highly recommend this property and whenever you need to travel go to the Extended StayAmerica in Mount Olive on international Drive . Michael P.

Alles sauber und gepflegt, dafür das es außerhalb der Saison war. Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
