Staff was incredibly friendly.

Room had some sort of spill drips down the wall and the smell of wet dog. The smell dissipated if I left the bathroom fan running. Light by the bed did not work.

Only one garbage can ??? You need to throw everything in bathroom..

Highly reccomend this hotel. I have stayed here many times and have referred friends who have stayed and they also had good experiences here. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are well maintained by their Maintance Director Joe, theor Management team is always working hard to create a good customer experience. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the "ambiance" and festivity of the hotel at ALL of the holidays, ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS & HANNUKAH. Their Manager Cheryl is an AMAZING decorator! It just makes you feel good! And makes feel the Holy Spirit within the air. To see it and look at. I personally think they should create a position for her as the "ESA Interior Decorator" and allow her to decorate all of the hotels. And MOST IMPORTANY they were AMAZING with my dog! And give her treats that they keep at the front desk to hand out. Love how they are with all the dogs that stay there

Even though there was no electricity on my arrival date Saturday, the hotel was accommodating for us to check in at 11:30am on Sunday when the power came back. That meant a lot because that day we had a family wedding.

Nothing to do with the property. It wasn’t their fault the power was out.
