Holiday Inn Express Lebanon by IHG

Couch was not supportive like sink in and felt musty/damp- bathroom needed better cleaning. Room 309. Otherwise good like all holiday inn express locations

I've stayed at this hotel probably 20 times over the last 7 years. It's always clean and quiet. I really appreciate being able to bring my shihtzu to this hotel since it's pet friendly. The coffee is great too.

Easy access to highway. Clean room.

The TV situation is very dated. No streaming apps of any kind

Everything was nice and clean all staff very friendly and helpful they had a variety of breakfast options the beds were very comfortable overall it was a great stay.

This was a great hotel to find on my way south from Illinois to North Carolina. Picked it out of the hat and was very pleased. The rooms are sparkling clean. My only complaint about the room is that the tub is slippery on the bottom, and I was OK, but I was extremely careful, and someone who doesn’t have steady footing might be in trouble. Also, the refrigerator, which even has a little open freezer, is not nearly cold enough. I didn’t realize this until this morning when things were not very chilled. I want to especially thank Erin at the front desk who couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Efficient, kind, good sense of humor. Just the kind of person you want to greet you when you walk in to a hotel. Frank, who I think is may be in maintenance, is also exceptionally kind and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such a great staff. The Wi-Fi is terrible, however. Very hard to connect from the room and kept cutting out and even in the lobby it cut out.
