Holiday Inn Express Lebanon by IHG

We have been here 30 days so far due to a fire. Staff is friendly. Very clean hotel. Very accommodating. The only real downfall is the turn into the parking lot. Not a smooth entrance. They have breakfast and location is convenient near I-65 exit

Clean and friendly

My son was playing at a baseball tournament in Grand Park and we chose this hotel as it was a stay to play tournament. We arrived at 10 PM and staff asked if it was okay if our room had a hole in the ceiling. I asked if there was another option and they said the other room option did not have hot water. This room was booked back in February. They did not offer another hotel and did not offer a discount. My whole son‘s team was staying at this hotel. My son woke up in the middle of the night and the bed was wet due to it raining. I discussed with the front desk and was only offered a $50 discount for the “inconvenience”. This room should never have been rented due to the health hazard and the staff agreed, however they said that somebody else would have rented the room so they would give a $50 inconvenience refund, but would not comp the room for at least the first night. They did offer a different room for the second night. I was given two poor options of a room and chose the best option. The front desk Amanda was wonderful, but the assistant general manager Erin would not budge. The general manager AP never intervened. It is a health hazard to rent a room to someone with a leaking roof when it had been reserved four months in advance. I will never return to a Holiday Inn Express and absolutely never to this hotel again. Many teammates families also had issues with charges that they’re having to discuss with upper management. Bad experience.

After a long drive that day, I was able to relax and get rest.

Clean rooms

Everyone was friendly, very clean , excellent breakfast buffet variety! My bed was firm but the other people in our group complained of soft, lumpy, slated feel of mattresses and pillows lumpy.

We arrived late in the evening, check in was quick and easy, room was clean. We were in a handicapped accessible room which was nice, but the shower wasn't the best. Breakfast was good and lasted until 10:30, which was nice. Overall a great experience.
