Room was fine for a quick sleep over while on the road

"Breakfast" was almost non-existent.. We were down at 630 so we could get on the road. Only waffles (which we do not eat), OJ, coffee, milk.. I got the last piece of toast, no meat, no fruit, no bagels, no muffins. :( Wouldn't really call that breakfast.. also wouldn't really care if the price reflected the limited offering

We didn't like it very much. I wrote up a full complaint when I answered a survey for the SUPER 8 Hotel in Crossville. This hotel was not clean and our hotel room was disgusting. I have numerous pictures that I can send in as proof of how dirty the room was. The bathroom floor and trim had mold growing, there were spots all over the toliet that were clearly from a bowel movement,, and there were pubic hairs all over. The vent fan had dust hanging from it and the ceiling had mold. It was so gross. Had we had any other place to stay we would've left immediately.

Obviously the flith in our room was horre dous. The breakfast was so limited and most of it was not appetizing. We literally left and got breakfast at McDonald's. We feel we deserve at least a partial refund.

The staff accommodated my early check-in request. Check-in was easy. Space was clean & welcoming. Location was easy to get to right off the interstate.
