Great good bed good services

5 minute walk from the airport. Only drawback was the stairs to second floor. A nice employee helped me carry my oversized suitcase though.

Was clean and comfortable, lifts would be good. The food was excellent

We enjoyed our hotel, and the fact that the number 10 bus stopped right at the doorstep for a short ride into Pamplona.

Easy experience with helpful early check-in and ample parking right next to our room on the ground floor. Nice and close to rental cars for easy logistics Quiet clean and comfortable

Incredibly difficult to find the entrance if driving direct from Airport - no signs from that road only entrance required a code we were not given. After about 25 minutes of driving we finally found it and checked in smoothly from there out.

Very disappointed that I was quoted £69 for the night on Hotels.com I believe a deposit was taken by you and then they charged my friend who paid the bill £88 plus £57 for a very average meal Nick Topliss

Stayed here because it was within walking distance from the airport. It was late and check-in was quick and easy. We had breakfast with them the next morning and it was great. We had to wait for a shuttle pick up to take us to St. Jean pier de port to begin the Camino de Santiago and they had a great lounge area with WiFi to stay in after checkout.

This hotel is your only choice in Biarritz if you need or want to stay at the Biarritz airport. It is ideally located adjacent to the airport and only a 5 minute walk to the terminal. There are buses every 1/2 hour into downtown Biarritz...easy and convenient...as well as a bus to the train station. The room is typically small like most French hotels but comfortable beds and a decent bathroom and shower. There is a bar and restaurant. The restaurant was not open to the public in the evening, but was for guests with a limited menu. There are no other restaurants nearby so this was welcome. The food was surprisingly good and the service excellent.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the motorway. It is situated next to Biarritz airport but we did not hear any planes late at night or first thing in the morning There is a restaurant at the hotel but the chef was having the night off when we stayed. However the reception did offer to cook us something. In the end we drove down the road into Anglet approx 5 mins away. Here we found the Geant supermarket and a restaurant next door which was excellent value for money
