Sure Hotel by Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

Bitterly disappointed, admittedly the COVID has an affect but this shouldn’t affect service being provided, the evening meal left a lot to be desired, the breakfast was a joke, hot choco.instead of coffee the list goes on, and to top it all they took the money twice, when contacted told it was a holding cushion and would it would be returned within a week, I rest my case.

Decent location if you’re taking the train from montparnesse

It was within walking distance to the airport which gave me opportunity for a great dinner experience at the hotel and breakfast.

It was a last minute booking and the staff was accommodating and very friendly.

I liked the professionalism of the staff. The food was attractive.

The internet was very slow and non-existent for hours.

Great Location right next to Major Square, restaurants and shops. Parking is quite far at Le Mans and only pedestrian access to hotel. Dog friendly but not allowed in breakfast area

Excellent staff and a clean well- cared for environment. Extremely handy for the airport and major routes.

Superb quality place for people on the road. Everything is new and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Easy to drive to explore Biarritz and the area. Would definitely stay there again.
