Todo! La atención fue muy amable y servicial. Me explicaron todo lo que mi reserva incluía. Las instalaciones del hotel, extraordinarias. Muy recomendable. Me dejaron en la habitación una nota a mano donde además me daban la bienvenida y me dejaron unos caramelos. La cama super cómoda. Tienen un concepto ecoamigable, de ahorro de energía y recursos que cuida el sistema de consumo de agua por ejemplo. Regresaré sin dudarlo. Felicidades Artiem y al excelente equipo de profesionales a cargo.

We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Spain and Artiem Madrid alone made me wish we had planned more time in the city. The staff, Carlos in particular, were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a most welcome surprise. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Truthfully nothing. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but we knew that going in. There was a bus stop right outside the door and the metro is a short 10 minute walk away.

המלון פשוט מצוין והכל ברמה הגבוהה ביותר! רמת הניקיון פה מושלמת, והצוות מקסים, אדיב ושירותי בצורה יוצאת דופן. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה, עשירה וטעימה מאוד, ואפילו יש שייקים חלבון לאנשים שמתאמנים! והקונספט של המקררים הנגישים עם האוכל הזמין לאורך היום הוא פשוט גאוני ומפנק. בנוסף, חדר הכושר מושלם ומאובזר היטב. באמת שלא חסר כאן כלום, חוויית אירוח מושלמת!

אהבנו הכל! אין שום דבר שלילי להגיד, השהייה הייתה מושלמת מכל הבחינות!!

Great hotel with comfortable beds. The area is good if you are going to concerts or airport but quite far from the city center. It felt like a safe area with some places like grocery’s open 24/7. They provide free nibbles and coffee which was really nice after the concert 😉
