Für Leute, die in Madrid ruhig und komfortabel ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Wunderbarer Service, sehr gutes Frühstück und kostenfreier nachmittags Snack. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die bei jedem Problem helfen.

Wie schon erwähnt, liegt das Hotel etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Das war für uns kein Problem. 10 min zu Fuß bis zur nächsten Metrostation und dann in 25 min steht man auf Gran Via!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. The complimentary food and drinks were also incredible. Everything was above and beyond amazing.

The location was a bit far from the city center. However, there was a bus stop right outside the door and it was close to the airport.
