Faulty to, bath/shower hot tap wouldn’t turn off

GBComfortable beds/pillows, the heating was on throughout and a clean room. We were also able to check in as late as 2230 with Staff there to welcome us.
Our room was on the second floor [a twin room] my Mum is disabled and so she had to climb up several staircases [there was no lift/escalator]. The Staff there informed me that the Bakery would be open next door, so we could get some breakfast the following morning [a Sunday], they were closed all day!! The shower in our room had a very small flow of water and there was a broken blind to one of the windows.

Bathroom x i couldn't have a wash and I couldn't have a shower x the sink had no plug or anything just a gaping hole on the centre and the shower was just so old dated and no use

Had a call before arrival to confirm my booking and approximate time of arrival which was helpful. Room was ok - a little dated and tired but did the job for 1 night. The most disappointing part of my stay was the shower - it was freezing - by the time I encountered the issue, I needed to be out and away in the morning so a cold shower it was… Was cheap. The company swiftly forwarded me an invoice when requested. All that being said, I would stay again if in the area.
