Staff were friendly in the bar area. My only problem was that the lady who does the cleaning didn’t come very often was there a good number of week n always had to ask for clean bedding, toilet rolls etc as she didn’t really come to my room.

would have liked an earlier check in but didn't want to pay the extra £25 for the privilege very tired after long journey and only glanced briefly at sign for rooms (looking for 21) so went the wrong way and got stuck because a fire door had no handle to return to the corridor (had to ring to get someone to rescue me)
GBFair price and a good location for the Boston Marathon Start. Breakfast bag was a nice touch for busy weekends. Room was clean to rest our heads.
Room was clean but well worn. Carpets could have benefitted from a carpet cleaning and a touch up to the decorating. TV didn't work, so we just used in as our base and place to rest our heads.
GBWe booked a twin room as my friend and I were staying for the marathon. We were given a room with a 3/4 bed against a wall which was unsuitable. We were offered the chance of one of us going to another hotel which was not suitable. In the end we had a single mattress on the floor, which worked but not ideal. No offer of a reduced rate for the room.
