Very good location with nice and clean beach

We were unlucky to face Beryl hurricane while staying at Jamaica Inn. The staff was super helpful and they did their best to make all guests feel safe and comfortable, however electricity and connectivity disruptions were annoying. Though the weather conditions is not something under the property control overall the related limitation we faced during our stay downgrade the overall rating which could be excellent without those limitations

I can't say enough about how outstanding our trip was. This place is magical and it's all because of the beautiful people who work there. Their first words to you upon arrival are, "Welcome home" and they mean that. My husband and I were married on the beach while we were there and they made all our dreams come true. We can't wait to go back.

Great resort. I would highly recommend it for any occasion.

The hotel‘s setting is absolutely perfect. From our verandah we walked past an immaculate croquet lawn straight on to the beach. Staff were professional and friendly. The GM runs a tight ship.

I have to say that the Jamaica Inn was heavenly. Our start could have been better, not because of Jamaica Inn, but courtesy of American Airlines who delayed our flight 4 hours, so we didn't get to the spa until after 6:00pm. Immediately, we were welcomed with a cocktail soiree at 7pm, where we met two of the partners and many others. When we woke up the following day, we sat out on our patio and marveled at the sea and beach. If we are picky then forgive us, but there were only two things that didn't quite meet our expectations: 1. When Trish had a spa day, there was no room to just relax in afterwards, and no shower. 2. The food was good all the time, but unexceptional, I was hoping for a "Wow!" factor. However, the staff were truly amazing, always smiles on their faces, whenever we ordered room service it was there in an instant. Would we go back - Hell yeah!

Breathtaking beach. Lovely staff. Great gift shop. Enjoyed the Jamaican breakfast when offered, lunch on the beach and high tea. The owners were also lovely and very attentive. I was looking for peace, relaxation and to get away from the noise and found it in this slice of paradise.
