Staff was absolutely excellent! The property is being remodeled, but the rooms seem complete and very nice.

Overall experience was a 10 out of 10! The hotel is under renovation so the common areas are covered up but the room was great ! Clean, spacious and renovated. The staff was exceptional! Talking about hospitality! Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Even with the renovation security was always present to add that extra level of security. Staff was attentive and truly pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend this hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The ad said free breakfast. But it was no breakfast available. Place was under construction it was awful.

No breakfast . Room didn't look like rooms on website. Cover on beds was awful

They failed to mention that the hotel was being renovated when I made the reservation. The lobby was a mess cause it was under construction. I ordered the room with a full kitchen. There was no dishes or anything in the kitchen. We need ice and there were no ice machines anywhere. I also booked a room with a king bed and it was a queen, and there was only one pillow on the bed.

Room was big and very nice.

They don’t tell you they are under renovation and a lot of the amenities that I look for when I book a stay we’re not available. They took advantage of the ice storm and raised the rates for the night. No breakfast with omelet station, just muffins. For the price I expected better. Will not be back.
