TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte LoSo Airport

We liked the cleanliness, having all the amenities & the friendly & efficient staff. only things we thought were needed were paper towels in the room & possibly cups/plates/cutlery in the kitchenette but those aren't a big deal to us. you possibly just have to request for paper towels in the lobby.

Horrendous unsafe building falling apart water leaking into rooms trees all over the parking lot no one answers the phone

They were doing construction which was not advertised on this website no breakfast. I don’t even believe they had a pool or a fire pit and barely anywhere to park.

Place was under construction

The place it’s self was under renovations so when I got their I thought it was closed . The room itself was nice , the water pressure wasn’t great. The staff where very kind and helpful and we where able to get into are room very quick

It's under construction. The room doesn't look perfect, but we're selling it at an affordable price. I brought my daughter with me, and there are a lot of dangerous things. We could go without sleeping all night.

The price, the 2Bdr type and location

What I did not like about the property is that they were still doing renovations almost a year later from the last time I stayed there, and there were no indications that it was still under construction prior to be booking

Under severe construction! The rooms will be nice eventually. I tripped on carpets just placed down throughout the areas. ZERO amenities, not even coffee in the "lobby". ZERO items in the suite like dishes, coffee pot, cups or silverware. Sky Suites should not be charging $100 a night for a bed & a shower.

Returned from traveling with wife and two toddlers to find out that the shuttle was not running that day... after I had called the day before to verify my car was there and how to best access shuttle service. With having two toddlers (car seats) I was unable to take family in taxi back to hotel, so I had to go by myself, and then drive back to airport and pick them up in the middle of Charlotte traffic. This wasted money and more importantly time, as I still had to drive back to Charleston. On the way to the airport their shuttle service doesn't start until 7... which is somewhat understandable, but the fact that I didn't get to utilize it either way is extra tough. With that said, the room was nice, and the people were nice as well. Place was under construction and that was inconvenient as well.

I was not informed that the property was under construction. It was very alarming and off putting. I was concerned that i was in the wrong place and was about to leave and go somewhere else. The staff was very accomodating to me and provided great service so i decided to stay. The room was clean and nice it was just the unexpected construction. I would return because of the service.
