TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte LoSo Airport

A/C wasn't cold given it was 80 degrees outside. The amenities were fine. I'm sure it'll be better once the renovations are complete.

The renovations are pretty good, as far as the rooms., I will say having the kitchenette was really nice, but it should have been some utensils and other items to go with it, the living room area with let out couch was nice, and having a separate bedroom was awesome, but people should know in advance so that there is No Breakfast or Pool, so people can have the option to want to stay there without those Amenities!!

The hotel was under construction so it made the stay very subpar. No room service was available during the stay. They were short on towels upon request.

The room was fine but there wasn’t anything else to brag about. They clearly should have finished building everything before opening. It’s an office building with beds.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. Best room I’ve had in a very long time.

Hotel is currently under renovation (didn’t know when I booked) hence the somewhat lower rate. No shampoo/conditioner in room, not a big deal, was able to get it from the front desk. No coffee or breakfast due to renovations which isn’t great. Fence along the parking area has been knocked over and the neighborhood didn’t seem fantastic. The room itself was clean, spacious, and no complaints there. Would stay again but only after they finish renovations, would add that they should repair the fencing and maybe put some cameras up outside to beef up security.

We were there only for a very short stay because of missing a flight at CLT. It appears that the common areas are currently under renovation, but the staff was great and the room was very nice. Would stay here again if ever back in Charlotte.

The pictures you put up compared to the actual state of this place is completely and utterly false advertisement. The actual inside of the room was actually decent. The furniture and bed seem pretty new. Parts of the hotel are under construction so there’s constant noise since I’ve been here. I needed to iron my suit, but the iron was missing. Luckily the front desk brought me one pretty quickly. I would NEVER stay here again for this price. I will say on the positive side the staff (I have only met 2) are very nice and friendly. My biggest gripe is with the state of the place. I had to walk around the hotel to find the lobby and ruined my new shoes in the mud. This place looks nothing like the pictures. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

We came for the Shakira concert, everything was nice aside from the fact that they were doing maintenance on the building.

Very clean rooms. Still working on the front entrance but was still very easy to find the front desk.
