This hotel should not be opened until the renovations were complete. Where we had to check in was a little sketchy.

The front desk manager, Senaide, was very personable, and the rooms are pretty nice.

Hotel is renovating so is not front desk or clear name to be able to see it bathroom was dirty someone use it and didn’t flush it

Location, Cust service and cleanliness

Some things were broken like sink crack

Under construction, but when done, should be a top location to stay in Charlotte

It was decent , Overall okay , nice and cool air conditioned Quiet Hallways . Staff were helpful and checkout was smooth

BEWARE the pictures listed on here aren’t accurate and not as big either . It’s a small room, tiny bathroom and small living room space and the layout is completely different . The white sheets smaller fresh but had stains on them . There is no complementary breakfast , Also before you book be ready for the $150 credit card hold at check in .

Staff was very pleasant and helpful would definitely stay again.

Price was good. Location was great. They are still remodeling so it’s some facilities unavailable, which is cool. Room was great. Housekeeping only xhecks to see if you’re checking out, so no fresh towels. Staff for the most part was great. The management with the exception of guy is rude af. Would I go back probably if they got some better management.

I wouldn't walk around at night.
