Travellers Beach Resort

The staff were excellent and really cared. Property was well maintained and both pool and the beach were manned. Restaurant had a good selection of food and bar had plenty of choice. Lovely to sit and watch the sun go down over the sea. Would definitely stay again if I was in this area.

I asked reception to book a taxi the night before departure to the nearest bus stop. They said I didn't need to as it was a short trip and it would be fine to do in the morning. In the morning I requested a taxi and heard the reception ask security to book a taxi. Unfortunately it was shift change so the message got lost. With only one bus leaving a day I needed to get there on time, luckily I'd left enough time to check where my taxi was and then the error was realised. A taxi came within 10 mins and I made my bus. In future I would privately book transport if for a time critical journey. I was also told the journey would be 10 dollars but was in fact 20 dollars.

Great facilities/amenities in one place. Great location - far enough away from the crowded parts of beach but close enough to walk to things (or get an uber) Good value for what you receive Towels provided for pool/beach Food was tasty Entertainment provided on some evenings. Friendly staff

Localização na boa. Infraestrutura para a praia. A comida no jantar e no café da manhã eram boas. As opções de lanche à tarde eram poucas, assim como em quase todos os lugares na Jamaica. Voltaria a me hospedar apesar de ser um pouco antigo e a cama não ser tão grande

O quarto era antigo. Tinha um pouco de mofo no teto. Mas eu sou alérgico e não senti, então pode ser algo em razão do furacão no ano passado.

My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at this beautiful snail homely hotel. It was more than what we expected totally. The space was modern and our bed nicely decorated which was a nice surprise. As foodies the food is a big deal for us and man did they deliver!! They had us eating on property daily as the food was sooooo good. I surprised my husband with a 5 course dinner on the beach for our Anniversary and the attention to detail was exactly what I wanted and more as I’m very detail oriented and made some requests, which were topped. Our server Ovell was amazing, attentive yet giving the space that we needed to have a private moment. Overall all the staff were professional and pleasant. I could tell that the hotel was busy based on the amount of people we saw but the staff was quite attentive and there was no excessively long wait periods for service at the Restaurant, or the beach towels or chairs or just to talk to someone. Thanks to Ms Sue and her team for the great hospitality. Romane served us a few times and we observed him as well as I recognized him from the hotel’s facebook page and he was quick and attentive. It was even a bigger surprise to know that they provided Entertainment!! Yes we had a DJ 1 night and Karaoke another night. There is even a lounge room that’s separate from the lobby and a Gym. This was a great getaway!

Absolutely brilliant. Beautiful location and chilled atmosphere with friendly welcoming staff. We were collected and dropped off at the airport by Eddie who was fantastic. He really looked after us during our visit, he's a star. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by staff and one of the owners of the resort, which was so nice, and it was really nice seeing them all throughout our stay. Our room was really comfortable with our balcony looking out towards the garden. Our room was kept clean with daily housekeeping and the ladies were lovely. I'm partially disabled and use crutches to walk around very slowly, but all staff were so kind, patient and encouraging. The pool area was really nice and very relaxing with plenty of seating and the beach was beautiful with no problems getting help getting a chair and relaxing by the sea. There was daily entertainment which was really good and didn't go on too late unless it was a weekend which had a later finish. The shop inside the resort was great and sold everything you would need which was so handy for me due to not being able to get about as much as I would like. Harry the shop owner and his wife were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic and value for money with friendly waitresses and bar staff. A shout out to Antoinette who was one of the waitresses who looked after us while there, sorry I didn't get the names of the others. An unforgettable stay and hoping to visit again and bring my family with me next time.

Bathroom faucet is not User friendly.. Low water pressure No bath soap shelf..

The staff was cordial as usual and the facility was inviting also.

Localização muito boa, com acesso direto à praia. Pegamos café da manhã incluso e fomos muito bem servidos, além do restaurante ser ótimo e vista privilegiado pois é a beira mar. Quarto amplo, com frigobar e banheiro espaçoso.

Você recebe um cartão na chegada para retirar toalhas de praias, mas mesmo que leve ao quarto depois da praia tem que devolver no mesmo lugar. Fui fazer o check out e tive que voltar no quarto para pegar as toalhas e devolver a beira mar pra entregar este cartão na recepção. Sendo que as toalhas são diferentes, fácil identificar quando for limpar o quarto.
