HYATT house Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

An excellent Hotel in a nice area. Ideal parking and facilities. Well kept. Pool excellent. Staff very friendly.

Dirty and outdated. Room was freezing and no extra bedding given for sofa bed. Lots of crumbs, mildew buildup and still trash left in the trash can and toilet not properly cleaned. Around the hotel itself there was carpets torn up, crumbs and missing ceiling tiles. Door did not swing closed on its own and security features were minimal. My family and I left in the night due to this and would not even stay over night.

Great size rooms. Clean. Easy parking. They are in middle of renovating rooms so there are signs of wear and tear in the rooms....doors not closing and such.

Stay was great. The HVAC filter does need changed. Room temperature sometimes didn’t want to keep up I checked the filter and it is dirty. My husband does HVAC work. The door didn’t want to shut and latch unless you forcefully shut it

The stay was great! The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet was not very clean.

Our stay here was good. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were decent, and the pool was wonderful. The only complaint I have is housekeeping. While the rooms looked clean, we arrived with no wash cloths, no sheets/pillows for the pull out bed and there weren’t any trash bags in the 2 trash cans in the room. When they served our room, they made the beds but didn’t clean the floors. The whole room was hardwood and our feet were black by the end of the night from how dirty the floors were. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and breads/bagels. Overall, if we had to stay here again we would, hopefully if we, do the renovations are complete!
