"Nice pool, great breakfast, hotel needs updating "

We were disappointed with our stay. Initially, check in was great and the staff was very friendly however when we got to our room, it wasn’t in the best condition. The paneling was loose on both of the bedroom doors and the handle to the pocket door in one of the bathrooms was broken as well. The breakfast was great- friendly staff and well stocked. The pool was also nice and clean. The biggest complaint was that our room was only cleaned once during our stay and that was after we had to ask on both day 3 and day 4 of our stay to have it done. Even then, we were just given new towels and the beds were made. Overall, our stay was disappointing.

"great stay"

only stayed 1 night didn't have time to enjoy the amenities. but room was large spacious clean comfortable loved the price. only complaint is the parking only had 2 handicap.the rest of the parking was far away and not enough parking for the amount of rooms.

The place was clean. The people were real nice. They are renovating the rooms right now so there was so work being done in our hallway but the workers were nice and polite. They weren't working real early and they were done and cleaned up before dinner time. I would definitely stay again. We had room 228 and it had two queen beds, 1 king, 1 pullout sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Breakfast was pretty good. It was different on the three mornings we were there.

"2025 Family Retreat. We love you Robinsons!"

My family and I held our 2nd annual Family Retreat Sleepover. We had an Amazing time. My aunt and uncle celebrated thei wr 58th wedding with us .The rooms were very clean and well supplied . The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety including crispy bacon, eggs and waffles. The kids loved the pool, gym and outdoor areas.

Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Nice included breakfast. Only thing I noticed but didn’t affect our stay. The main bedrooms doors were damaged at the top.
