The service

The general manager Robert was here when we checked in and has been amazing! We had a few minor issues, and he was attentive and helpful resolving them all (so much so I plan to submit a compliment about him to Hyatt directly). The room is also very clean, large, comfortable, and well appointed (lots of dishes!). We will definitely stay here again when traveling through the area. Very much has exceeded my expectations as a frequent traveler.

Hotel was quiet; the staff were friendly; and the room was spacious & clean. Did have an issue with a fixture, but the hotel promptly responded & took care of it.

The front desk clerk was on her phone the entire time via her AirPods. She also spoke so softly we could barely hear her and were sure if she was talking to us of her phone call. Rooms are very run down and given the “landlord special” via just slapping paint on things instead of fixing them. Our toilet paper holder was literally hanging on by a single screw. There were also several holes in the walls and door to the bedroom from the living room didn’t close all the way or stay open.

The staff working there are very friendly and welcoming. Spoke to both of my children and were interested in why we were there. I was disappointed to find a dorm-size fridge in our room after all pictures showed a full size fridge- especially when choosing a room with the kitchen with the purpose in saving money eating out and then to find we couldn’t put much in there. Also disappointed in the availability of ice during our stay- ice had to be purchased in gallon ziplock bags in the market near the front desk. Breakfast was great, and we used the pool both days of our stay and the kids loved it! It’s a bonus that it’s heated and not super cold!

Great facility! Excellent staff and everything that was needed was provided. Breakfast could have more variety but great to have breakfast included daily. I stayed for 2 weeks and housekeeping came frequently and the staff was very responsive.

When I got into my room around 9:30pm I pulled out the pullout sofa bed and there was still a dirty sheet on it with a white substance in a couple of different places. There was also no linen in the room for the pullout bed. I called the front desk and was told I could come pick up linen but they didn’t have anyone there from housekeeping to change the dirty sheet. I clarified that I would have to change it myself and the woman told me I would have to change the dirty sheet myself but I could come pickup linen at the front desk. Once I arrived at the front desk the man who was working actually did apologize and offered to change the bed himself. The woman ended up coming with the linen and changing out the sheet but not until I was visibly upset at the front desk. Our second night the fire alarm went off at 12am and we had to leave the building. Not anyone’s fault but just added to the disappointment of the hotel in general.

Horrible Never coming back, didn’t clean my room when asked and bathroom had mold.

Hana the night front desk personal was super nice. She assisted me in every aspect. I asked if she was the manager and she stated she wasn’t. You guys should allow her to be your training supervisor for customer service. She is excellent
