Hotel Maison Louise Lille Centre - Handwritten Collection

The location was excellent. Perfect for walking out into the old town for sightseeing and going out to eat

The room was badly lit (one wall lamp and bedside lamps). There were no coathangers (I found some in the corridor later). The bedside tables had been removed (you could see the mark) so we had to move the two chairs to the bed to have somewhere to put glasses, books and water. 6 am street noise from deliveries and street cleaners.

Very modern boutique hotel, perfect location in the old town, makes the stay very charming. I was upgraded to a different room due to the mold smell in a smaller one, for which I am very grateful to staff.

In the hall of the main building the sound isolation is very poor, you can hear people talking as if they are in your room. Suggest for staff to put some signs for quests to refrain from talking, as well as train cleaning staff not to be loud (although cleaning at 9am is norm for hotels, it actually did prevent from peaceful morning in the room due to noise)

Parking très étroit. Un peu de contrôle pour que tout le monde puisse se garer.

De centrale ligging is echt super!
