Hotel Maison Louise Lille Centre - Handwritten Collection

Yet another great stay at this hotel!! This time we came with my partner and his mother and we stayed at the Junior Suite with Double Bed and Sofa Bed. It was a 2 story room giving enough privacy for both us and his mother. The sofa bed was big enough for 2 people, very comfortable with an extra mattress on top. Both areas had a TV and enough room and storage place for people to relax separately or together. We will definitely be coming back!!

The only thing we didn't really enjoy in this room is that the toilet (separate from the bathroom) had no sink.

- Peu de place sur le lavabo pour poser des affaires de toilette - Éclairage un peu faible dans la chambre le soir - Beaucoup d’éclaboussures sur le sol de la salle de bain quand on prend sa douche

Excellente localisation. Personnel serviable. Possibilité de parking privé intérieur. Belle chambre spatieuse. Déjeuner avec choix limité mais de bonne qualité.

Parking: un seul borne de recharge électrique... mais non disponible car toujours occupé. Déjeuner: absence de légumes. Lit un peu dur.

The location is great. The room was clean. I checked in very early, they allowed me to stay at the bar. I ordered a coffee and I was able to wait for my check-in. The lounge was quiet.

The tv in my room was not working. Some clients made a fuss about the "deposit". I, myself was not aware about that but I can understand some customers who thought they had paid their room and then the hotel would request them a 100 euros for deposit. This is not well explained from the hotel. It should be clearly mentioned when customers make the booking. I did not have any issue but it is not pleasant at all. I do understand those customers. I would say that is not great customer service.

Sehr gute Lage, tolles Frühstück

Wir hatten aufgrund der Mobilitätseinschränkung meines Mannes ein grösseres Zimmer gebucht. Was wir nicht realisiert hatten: es war ein Duplex auf zwei Stockwerken. Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich hoch war dermassen steil, dass es auch für Menschen ohne Einschränkung sehr schwierig gewesen wäre. Der Schlafbereich bestand faktisch aus dem Bett - wollte man auf die Toilette, musste man sich regelrecht durchwinden und knapp an der Treppe vorbei - in der Nacht im Dunkeln wäre das mehr als gefährlich. Wir haben das Zimmer tauschen können - insofern für uns alles iO.
