The Plaza Condominiums, A Vail Resorts Property

I chose the option to "pay at the property" but this company charged a card on file for the full amount three days before I arrived without my permission. The condo was ok but crusty white fluid stains on the bed spread really grossed us out. I couldn't wait to leave.

THE PROPERTY WAS OK. GROUND LEVEL DOOR WENT OUT TO MUD NO WALKING OUT THERE. NO PLACE OR CHAIRS TO SIT OUTSIDE CHECK-IN TOOK US TO A VACANT BUILDING. DARK. NO ONE AT DESK. PHONE ON DESK DIDN'T WORK TILL I DIALED "0" NOT GOOD AT ALL FOR SUMMER VISITORS. NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN

Upon checking in, the directions to the condo we were staying in was very vague. The receptionist did give us a map to the condo, but it also was very was extremely difficult to understand how to find the building we were to stay in. Fortunately after wandering around awhile we were able to find a worker who was able to show us where to go.

Have stayed here a few times, 332 is a fabulous, 2 bed/2 bath unit that is very well decorated and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom does have bunk beds, but the bottom is a queen. Unit 432 is dated and has not been well kept, the furniture needs re-finished. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Unit 432 must allow pets, as there was a smell in the unit, called the front desk, but no one ever came to check it out. Shade in the mater bedroom was not working, again, called front desk, no one came to fix or check. The pet hair was obvious in the throw rugs, so must not do a great job of vacuuming. Would be cautious about condo choice if we stay here again.

When I booked this property it did not specify that this unit was “off property” or that stairs were required, it was only in my confirmation email that it mentioned these. There was an elevator however it was out of order. This was a major problem. The unit was nice enough. The bed linens had stains on them and the toilets took at least 2 flushes to clear as well as the master sink did not drain. The light in the master shower was out. Desk manager was cordial. All in all decent unit, but cost was not justified.

The condo was perfect. No complaints.

Our family just returned from a summer CB trip. This condo is so convenient for everything that you need and is a great place in the summer or winter! The views off of the porch are incredible and its an easy walk to get to the center of town.
