The welcome was lovely and the reserve section was very quiet. Staff where very attentive and a very luxurious feel.

The WhatsApp used if you were wanting to book additional items like the spa etc responses were great when asking for other items such as late check out of llr of the luggage could be collected, no response even though the messages have been read. Food that has been eaten the previous evening for room service in a different room was still outside when we were checking out 24hrs later

Everything was great, the staff were all so lovely! We loved our time in the Reserve area!

The location and the grounds were excellent. Staff were all high quality and top class. Yogi was fantastic and set up our room to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Much appreciated.

The vanity and bathroom area are too small and cramped. Not female friendly. Sorry to say. We had the entry level room however the bathroom area could do with extra room. Bed was very comfortable and good quality.Coffe machine and pods A Class. View across the grounds superb.

Die neu renovierte Anlage ist wirklich schön. Gerade die Gartenanlage und der Poolbereich. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das winzige Bad. Auf der Toilette hatte mein Mann und selbst ich so unsere Schwierigkeiten nicht andauernd überall anzuecken. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, war der Boden nicht sauber, was sich aber am nächsten Tag änderte. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschcmack sehr hart und wir hätten uns 2 unterschiedliche Kissen zur Wahl gewünscht. Auch fehlten die Bademäntel, was bei dieser Kategorie doch ungewöhnlich ist. Baden gehen ist nur am frühen Morgen möglich, was wir aber vorher wußten. Die Preise in den eigenen Restaurants sind recht hoch, aber für die Kategorie und die Lage nicht ungewöhnlich.

リニューアルして部屋が綺麗になりました。バスタブがなくなりシャワーのみになって、トイレとシャワーのみのコンパクトない空間に変わりました。

芝生に面した一階の部屋ハイアット、アヒルが集まってくる楽しみを期待して部屋を希望しましたが、アヒルが近づけないよう植え込みがあり残念でした。部屋は改装して綺麗ですが、シャワーとトイレの閉塞感が残念です。部屋の天井扇が低く不要に感じました。
