It has a lot of facilities. Several pools. Several restaurants and bars

Our bathroom did not have a shower head. It was so difficult to take a shower in a bathtub with no shower head. Water was spilling everywhere and the whole bathroom floor was covered with water. Bathroom area was so small and inconvenient. You would expect much more with the amount of money you pay for a premium room. Restaurants were average or even in some cases below average. Like the middle eastern restaurant Samira’s food was awful. We ordered Beef Tagine, Koofta and a few more and were really disappointed. I couldn’t even eat more than two or three bites. Food was really expensive as well. Like more than 500000 rupiah for something like that.
