Everything about the resort was first class. The facilities were excellent, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Despite the resort's size, it never felt crowded. It maintained a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay, making it the perfect place to unwind.

First world problem - Air conditioner very loud and annoying at night time when trying to sleep

The pool was a lovely temperature, plenty of Sun loungers, great breakfast, fantastic gym, beautiful clean beach and lots of activities. Amazing staff 😊

The price for meals and drinks were more expensive than other resorts we have stayed at in the area. Not a good system for monitoring Cabanas. If staying without children it can be quite overwhelming, but great if you have kids.

Best place we’ve ever stayed! Can not fault it - everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Best staff, best food, best location, best facilities. All inclusive is worth it as the food and drinks are incredible! So many restaurants to choose from and restaurant by the water park area is very family friendly.

The buffet breakfast wasn’t great compared to their hotels (but still good). I would have liked Bircher muesli and porridge to be included
