Good service clean hotel

This hotel is amazing 10/10 beautifully decorated, so so clean, amazing breakfast buffet, service was amazing, the indoor mall was good too and price difference between inside and outside wasn't crazy. The workers were amazing and super useful too. Shuttle bus service: However, please be aware that the shuttle bus service unfortunately is not directly to the haram. The Voco shuttle bus is amazing its always there infront of the hotel, never had to wait ever however please know that the hotel shuttle buses all go to Kudai bus station then you get on the makkah bus to the haram area. Going there is not an issue but on the way back from the haram area its extremely hard to get the makkah bus back to kudai station, its a literal war zone as everyone is pushing to try and get onto the makkah bus back. It's a 25 minute walk to the haram but the road is not the best in terms of walking especially after Salah its very busy. I think it would be much better if the hotel dropped you off a 5 min walk away from the haram instead of kudai bus station.

Great hotel and location close to Masjid Al Haram 4 stars for the front desk - never featured the change when I paid them in cash ;)! Assuming it was a mistake but otherwise a great experience overall.

Good value for money. Very clean hotel and friendly reception and staff. Mastercard didnt work at breakfast counter machines everytime other than that it was very good. Highly recommended stay.

Wow, what an incredible property! My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The shuttle service was top-notch, making everything so convenient and enjoyable. I can’t wait to return—definitely counting down the days!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Modern well equipped rooms. Convenient shuttle every few minutes to the Haram. Main level shopping complex with several shops, grocery stores, and cafes.

Everything was excellent with Voco even the transportation, the only negative point is the connection between Bus's to drop as next to the Haram it was too busy but I know it's not the Hotel fault. A big thank you to all Voco’s Staff.

Newer hotel in Makkah and was pretty clean and the mall on the lower level was very convenient. They had numerous of shuttles and was always there and had to change shuttles coming back to the hotel but overall it wasn’t too bad.
