Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

When we arrived we got a standard room. People were hanging outside on the second floor & being loud. The room was good but the TV was broke. The sweet & lovely lady at the desk said they were booked for another standard room but gave us a suite. Everything was great, clean & spacious. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds and pillows comfy. Breakfast was hot & cold items. Hot items were eggs, potatoes, sausage and one morning there were biscuits & gravy. Good coffee. Cereals, doughnuts, waffles & fruits. The grounds were nice & grassy and nice areas for our small dog. The housekeeping ladies are nice & helpful. We enjoyed our time here and will be back when we’re in the area.

The overall condition of the room seemed very poor -- like it has not been remodeled since the late 90s. The door would not lock properly, so one of us had to stay in the room at all times. There were flies and moths in the room due to a left open bathroom windows without a proper insects net. I had to kill them before we went to sleep. The sheets were with questionable cleanliness, discolored and I reluctantly slept in them, because I had no choice. Not the greatest experience with a very expensive for the quality price tag. Never again.

The room was very nice but we were missing towels facecloths and toilet paper. There was no soap or shampoo. The toilet is about 13 inches high. It could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Luckily a grocery store was across the street where we were able to stock up on supplies. While walking our dog we discovered a laundry room. We did not use it, but it might be helpful for others. Breakfast is listed as Continental so we are not sure about it as we plan on leaving early. There is a nice area to walk pets. Parking was limited. Very glad we did not arrive late. Those pulling a trailer could have trouble parking.

This is a Motel style Best Western, probably about 50 years old. The property is very out dated, dirty and way below the standard of a “Best Western” hotel. It’s an old motel. The staff was young and untrained. My room Was not cleaned. The second floor balcony/walkway was filthy, railings rusty and old. The room was musty and smelled. Very dated. It was also over priced. I went to another Hotel outside of town for less than they were charging. I am frankly surprised this is a branded “Best Western”.

Nice, comfy beds. Good size rooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Room was equipped and clean! A nice sound nights sleep. Good wholesome simple breakfast. Eager and kind staff. Highly recommend.

Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles da,was man unbedingt braucht. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Wir hatten eine Suite, die vom Zuschnitt ok war. Sie lag nur in einer schmutzigen Ecke. Die Suite selbst war sauber.

An der Sauberkeit im ganzen Motel fehlt es. Die Lage an der Mainstreet ist ok.
