Hotel Drei Könige Luzern

Hotel was nice, although it does need updating. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom needs to be updated.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il teatro.

il wi- fi da migliorare. Se metti oggetti di cortesia abbi l'attenzione di non mettere solo bustine di shampoo... Due bottigliette di acqua in frigo, visto la calura, avrebbero fatto una bella impressione!

The breakfast selection was more than ample, offering plenty of variety to start the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we truly had no complaints. The staff were very friendly and professional, and they even accommodated our early check‑in—something we didn’t expect since we had only asked to leave our bags while exploring Lucerne. The location is also convenient, just a 10–15 minute walk to Lucerne HB.

Staff were very helpful and kind and tried to improve the sagging bed by adding folded bedding under the terrible mattress.

The bed was very uncomfortable and made my backache. Mattress was very soft and sagging. My wife also could not sleep properly. Worst bed we have ever experienced.and there was no possibility to change the mattress.
