Hotel Pollux

Das Zimmer hatte ein Balkon mit Blick auf das Matterhorn In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig habe super geschlafen. und am Morgen war es auch sehr ruhig. Die Bedienung an der Reception war absolut Spitzenklasse, sehr freundlich .

We loved our stay!

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff at breakfast were very a very nice group.

Any attempt to find out how to get anywhere was tough, the front desk could improve on how they communicate.

Definitely I don’t recommend it over price hotel and terrible customer service , the lady at the reception very mean,

Location was the best right in the middle of town, the bar was great, they let us keep our luggage when we checked out . The hotel itself is beautiful, our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Restaurant on site was really good.

Nothing it was perfect

Hienolla paikalla, hienot näkymät ja kaikki lähellä. Majoitus oli pääkadulla, mutta meluhaittaa ei ollut. Aamiainen oli perushyvä ja riittävä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saunaosasto mukava. Meillä oli ostettuna junayhtiön 50% alennuskortit (kuukausikortti), joilla sai sekä junamatkoista että hissilipuista 50% alennuksen.

The Pollux boutique hotel is right on the Main Street so walking distance from the train station and all the shops. Our room has a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh made juices and lots of food choices. We enjoyed our time and definitely would stay here again next time.
