Hotel Silberhorn - Residences & Spa Wengen

Beautiful view from the balcony of our room. The suite style room was the perfect for our family if 5. Everyone had a bed and there was still space to sit in the room.

Location & efficiency

Rooms and views was awesome

Close to the train station. Decent rooms and close to all of the nearby shopping places. Can see the snow covered mountains from your room.

Great location for people watching and so close to train station. Breakfast was superb. No AC but having balcony window and door open took care of it at night. Central to travel Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald.

The location was outstanding, merely steps away from the train in a much quieter area of Jungfrau. The staff was fantastic. Friendly, warm, and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was simply unbelievable and reason alone to stay here. Yes, the traditional breakfast food is available with quality, but Prosecco, smoked salmon, fresh Brie. Not just one day, everyday! Outstanding. The Spa too was a great experience. My only issue, and it’s a big one, the mattress in the room I stayed in, was the second worst I’ve ever slept on. Zero support, and like the pillows, way too soft.

This was our favourite hotel so far in our 2 week trip from London to Paris to Switzerland. Nothing bad to say. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very very friendly and accomodating including at the breakfast which was one of the best we've had any any hotel. For us, the location was great for views over Lauterbrunnen, short travel to Interlaken and Eine Sheidegg.
