I don’t know where to start but first the staff was very friendly. My room smelled of mold or mildew. I was meeting family so I was in and out. when I got back around 11 the Tv display was off color and it had no sound the desk person came missed around unplugged rebooted no sound. She did offer to move me but it was late I tried to adjust the thermostat it wouldn’t adjust when I took of my shoes the carpet felt damp so I put my shoes back on the carpet I also noticed looked very used. But I’m like one night and all I want is sleep at this point … the bed at my feet felt damp! I was up by 7 asked about continental breakfast on my way out was directed to a bare counter with like wrapped pastries one carafe of coffee 5 juices in a mini fridge after reading this i should have asked for my money back😑

Had some kinda chemical smell that made your eyes burn but still smelled weird. Sprayed so air freshener and helped some. The sheets didn’t even fit the bed nor stay on. I got several spider bite while sleeping. Was worried they where bed begs but went to the dr and just spider bites. Was some what clean but could of been a lot better

The young woman who checked me in was delightful! Downhill from there…Air conditioning wasn’t working, no room cleaning or fresh towels ( I went to the desk for fresh towels), badly needs updating.

I enjoyed meeting the young woman receptionist. She wss warm and gracious. It is a family own property which we prefer. The property needs major work. I found a cockroache in my room.

Convient location for our needs.

They have maid service but did not tell us at check in that they only do maid service every couple days. We needed the sheets changed, we left to take care of business expecting maid service when we got back and nothing was done, I went down to front desk to ask about maid service and the girl said the maid left at 2, I told her we thought the maid would be coming because we needed the sheets changed and she handed me a fitted sheet for me to change myself. Most places give you at least 4 towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 washcloths. We had 2 towels, 2 handtowels, and 1 washcloth. And with maid service only every couple of days, that's not enough towels for a shower every day for 2 people. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you have to carry it all up stairs, they don't tell you that they don't have an elevator when you check in either. Also suppose to be coffee pots in each room per site itself, and there is not one. That is what sheets looked like when we checked in.
